Gateway Fees Simplified
Starting now, the $15 a month gateway fees will be a flat rate of $10 per month per center or merchant account. This streamlined approach ensures transparency and predictability in your monthly expenses.
Customer Vault: More Value for Your Money
We're reducing the Customer Vault subscription fee from $5.00 per month to $4.00 per month, accompanied by a nominal charge of $0.10 per action. Any total actions over 35 per month will reduce to $0.07. Ex: 1-35 are $0.10, 35+ are $0.07.
Customer Vault Actions: A Flexible Approach
Unlike other gateways, Stored Customers do not incur a recurring fee. Instead, you'll only be charged for actions such as adds, updates, or deletes. This provides you with a flexible and cost-effective solution for managing your customer data.
Consistent Pricing for Fraud Detection and Automatic Card Updater
The pricing for Fraud Detection and Automatic Card Updater services will remain unchanged. As always, the cost is volume-based. For personalized quotes, please reach out to our support team.
Transaction and Action Fees
All transaction and action fees will now be set at $0.10 apposed to the standard $0.15 per transaction fee , ensuring a competitive and straightforward pricing structure. Unless you have specific agreements in place, this fee will apply.
Grandfathered Deals
Current promotional deals will be preserved without any changes. If our new fee structure offers a more advantageous arrangement, we'll happily adjust it accordingly.
